a 2200-gallon backup diesel generator. There are over 580 smoke
detectors throughout the 35,000 square foot facility, with a VESDA
decontamination system. There is no hosting facility, anywhere in the

Your site will have 99.9% uptime. If we fail to deliver that
performance in any month due to any failing on our part, exclusive of
third party causes or your own causes, the next month's service is free.
Normal billing
is once a month and you may cancel at any time before a new billing
cycle, without cost or penalty.

If you are
using one of our prepaid discounted plans but wish to cancel your service and have a prompt refund of your unused
balance, there is no need to explain or justify your decision. The
refund will be of the adjusted unused balance that you prepaid. If your
prepaid earned a discount, your refund will be calculated based on the
normal month to month rate for the period remaining beyond the next
billing cycle. The refund will be sent to you by check, in the next
business day's mail.
